                                        PLAYER CONFIRMATION LETTER

Date: July 26, 2004

This letter is confirm your entry into the 2004 MWGA State Championship at Lake Forest Golf Course in Ann Arbor on Saturday and Sunday, July 31 and August 1.

Saturday's pairings and tee-times are by USGA index, division and flight. Please see attached for your tentative tee-time and the competitors you are paired with. Also, verify the accuracy of the index we have listed for you. We used indexes as of 7/13/04 for this competition. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your index.

All players will play from the red tees: Yards: 5412, Course Rating: 71.9 Course Rating: 124

Sunday tee times (a crossover) will be based on Saturday's gross scores, with the high scorer's of each division teeing off first. Tee times will start at 8:00 AM, with the last tee time at 8:45 AM.

Juniors will tee off on Sunday at 8:45 AM.

Check enclosed tee time schedule for your tee time, type of start and playing partners.

Registration:

Saturday:7:15 AM to 9:00 AM; Sunday, check-in at the tee 10 minutes

before your tee time.

Range, Cart, Golf, lunch on Sunday

  

Divisions and Flights:

There are three divisions: Junior (age 17 and under), State (age 49 and under), Senior (age 50 and over). The State and Senior divisions have two flights, based on index.
