This confirms the entry of those listed below into the MWGA Member/Guest 4-Woman Spring Scramble at The Golden Fox in Plymouth, MI on Saturday, May 10, 2008.

 

Please see the bottom of this page for maps, and pairings. There will be a shotgun start at 1:30 PM.

Also, verify the accuracy of the index we have listed for you. We are using indexes as of 4/29/08 for this competition or as verified by the MWGA Handicap Chair.

Players and groups found in violation of the policy are subject to a minimum 2-stroke penalty. Please read and familiarize yourself with all policies and guidelines before you play in an MWGA event. ·      Spikeless/non-metal spike golf shoes only.

·      Cell phones must be on inaudible alert and must not be used in any manner that could possibly be distracting to other players.

·      Proper golf attire is required. Sleeveless shirts must have collars. Collarless shirts must have sleeves. No denim.

Pairings and Starting Holes

Please check the MWGA website (www.mwgolf.org/2008_AM_Scramble_confirmation.htm) after 8 PM on Thursday for pairings, handicaps and flights. Indexes are as of the 4/29/08 posting period and are still being reviewed. Any player who has played, but has not posted scores in the previous six posting periods from 9/11/07 – 4/29/08 does not have a current index. Any player playing with an index higher than what she/he is entitled is subject to disqualification. Players without a current index are subject to play at 85% of the index on record. Indexes/handicaps that have been adjusted are followed by an "M".

 

The player is solely responsible for the accuracy of the index used for you (Rule 6-2b).

 

Any error or question regarding the index listed for you should be reported to the MWGA Tournament Office, immediately (TournamentEntry@mwgolf.org).
