There is an L following your Trend
Index
A
Trend Index is only an estimate of a Handicap Index,
it is not your Handicap Index. The L
(which was added to the Trend index in late September,
2009), used to indicate a local index, makes
this distinction. An L following a GAM/USGA
Handicap Iindex usually indicates an index
that is above the handicap index limit (40.4 for women
and 36.4 for men) or an index issued based on a
temporary disability.
