REGISTRATION FOR MWGA EVENTS

 

You may submit tournament entries online using your credit card through the MWGA PayPal account or complete your entry forms online to print then mail in with your payment.

 

If you are mailing your entries, please use one of the Tournament Entry Forms provided in the NEWSLINX, on our web site in your membership package or at our events.

 

Tournament entry forms for all MWGA Tournaments will go to one location:

Tournament Chairs will be available for questions by phone or email. 
Please DO NOT mail any Tournament Entries to the Tournament Chairs.

Benefit of Prepaid Games

 

1) Saves Time - One of the things that required so much time before and after our events was collecting and dividing money for the MWGA Games (Closest to the Flagstick, Chip-Ins, Longest Drive and Skins)  With prepayment payouts can be tallied and divided before the day of the event.  You will not have to arrive early for check-in, and prizes can be given out much quicker at the conclusion of play.

2) Reduces errors – eliminates the after tournament rush and confusion in calculating the amounts for each game, getting change to make payments, etc. – the small errors that occasional occur will be greatly reduced.

 

Procedure to enter MWGA Tournaments

 

 MAIL-IN ENTRY

1) Complete a Tournament Entry Form,  www.mwgolf.org/mwga_event_registration_forms_2008.htm,
Please submit one form per player.

 

2) You can enter multiple tournaments on one form.

  

3) If you do not post scores through MWGA you must provide the name of the organization you post with and the website where your current index can be found, along with your member number.

 

4) If you are mailing in your entry with a check and/or MWGA Gift Certificates, mail to:

ONLINE ENTRY

1) To register for 2007 Events click on Event Entry Forms link from the left column links menu or you can get to the forms page by first going to 2007 MWGA Events and Results and clicking the registration link on that page (www.mwgolf.org/mwga_event_registration_forms_2008.htm)If you select Online Registration, you will then be directed logon.  The first time you access this page you will have to register which includes entering your email address which will become your login name and a password

 

2) Once you are logged on, You can enter one to all events and pay by credit card or through your PayPal account. You also have the option to prepay games, which will eliminate your need to stand in line to register on the day of the event.

 

3) PayPal will accept your credit card payment and MWGA  will receive notice of the tournaments you have entered and our tournament database will be updated with your entry information.
