hole-by-hole competition so you have
18 opportunities to win the match.
Small prizes will be awarded to all
match winners and, of course, the 2006
Match Play League champion will be
determined.
This Arnold Palmer
course has a rating and slope of
69.5/122 from the red tees at 4956
yards, and to Pat (not a long ball
hitter) plays longer. With water on
all but five holes, it will be a good
challenge for the league finalists.
This year, as has
become the enjoyable custom, everyone
will be invited back to Pat
Shelton’s house in
Farmington
for a cookout and lots of
conviviality. BYOB.
